It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

It was quickly replaced and no problems starting since that time. Before my husband left the shop, he happened to mention the problem with the driver seat not being able to go all the way forward. The owner, Frank, reset the codes and that problem was immediately fixed too. We had previously taken the car to another repair shop for the same problem and paid over $400 for no fix.
