Now that they opened up practically down the road I could not be happier. Isaac the manager has definitely carried over the top quality customer service and technicians. As always my car is feeling great. The honesty you get from these people when it comes to pricing and the work being done is amazing. I was told by Isaac the my suspension is starting to get to its age of replacement which is true, he’s on the money. I had two shops try and tell me that with half the mileage I have on the car now. You can’t get honesty like that in many places anymore. Good to have a shop in town that looks out for the customer!!!

Both times they failed until ultimately it was revealed that the pistons and valves were butting heads and when they finally clashed, the top half of my engine was destroyed. When I recognized their incompetence and had my car towed to a VW repairman, the repair bill for that catastrophic failure was about $5,500. This could've been avoided had Tower known what they were dealing with. I would not allow Tower to work on another vehicle, come hell or high water.
