I took my VW Beetle to Tower twice for them to detect the cause and repair a very obvious clatter. Both times they failed until ultimately it was revealed that the pistons and valves were butting heads and when they finally clashed, the top half of my engine was destroyed. When I recognized their incompetence and had my car towed to a VW repairman, the repair bill for that catastrophic failure was about $5,500. This could've been avoided had Tower known what they were dealing with. I would not allow Tower to work on another vehicle, come hell or high water.

Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..!
