Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.

Great work, reasonable prices, excellent customer service / communication. What more could I ask for ? Runs like a champ! Highly recommended!

Import Auto is an independent auto repair shop with an emissions testing center located in Alpharetta, GA. We are on the north side of Atlanta on the Forsyth & Fulton County line, 6735 Atlanta Hwy, near the Midway Animal Hospital and Beverage Depot. I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I highly recommended this place. Amazing work and amazing employees. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did on my car.

The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rocco's put faith back in me that there actually is people out there that are doing right by others, and not just out there to make a quick buck!

Mike is truly a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. He always greets with a smile. He is very knowledgeable and kept me posted during along the way. Will definitely bring my Mercedes CLA 250 back!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! My wife took her car to this shop to get the valve stem replaced on the front passenger side tire. The metal cover was cracked. This was purely cosmetic. I will make a long story short by summing it all up. The next day my wife gets into the car and while driving the new valve leaks resulting in a flat tire. We return the car to them. They fix the leaky valve but what was once a perfectly good tire is now our responsibility to get fixed. We just paid these guys 98.00 for a flat!!! Would have been cheaper to stab the tire ourselves. Now we are out of an additional 200- 300 for a new tire. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
