I started questioning the service and honesty after having brakes replaced multiple times. Each time they told me something else was wrong. So I had rotors replaced, brakes were still bad. Went back they said now I needed new calibers, brakes were still bad. Went back again, they said one of the calibers was faulty and needed replacing. My brakes were still now working properly but at this point I had given up assuming it was just old car. Once I started having tire and brakes problem not long after this I went to another shop. I also began looking up my tires plus history to share with the new mechanics. They showed me that not all the calibers were changed (despite me telling tires plus repeatedly that my brakes were not working). And that everything needed to be replaced again. They took me to the back to show me. As I looked at my service history not only did feel I was scammed on work done on my car, but I had purchased a total of 8 tires in 2 to 3 year span (with road hazard) and was now on tires again 9 and 10. Not only is that a ridiculous short time needing tires but they never once gave me free or discount for the road hazard. I have contacted their corporate office. I received one email saying someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from them. I will say the manager at the location eventually offered to repay the calipers but since the job was not done fully and properly as well as the tire situation I didn't feel this was fair.

He treated us like trash when we broke down shortly after their oil change, in a 3yr old vehicle with less than 50K miles. I took it to a different mechanic who immediately spotted the issue. Turns out they didn't put the air filter back correctly. When we opened it we found a ton of dirt and leaves which got sucked in and ruined the MAF sensor. This guy acts like he knows everything and swears he looked over everything but he couldn't even listen to me when he was having a hard time starting the car then got mad and walked away only to find the car in his shop asking how it got there. Not the brightest crayon in the box for sure. He claims they have zero responsibility when the fact is, they were the last to be under the hood. I've never seen so much dirt behind a filter before. He has zero empathy let alone the proper knowledge to immediately address the issue. I had tell him how to be a mechanic basically which is sad. After replacing the MAF sensor, I called to let them know. He blatantly lied about the casing not being broken, that he's positive it was put back correctly, yet I have pictures to prove it was not and they even broke part of the casing. He'd rather try to get over on people than be an honest mechanic. Surprised they're stil in business actually. Found lots of poor reviews with his name being mentioned. He must not care at all, thought maybe it was just me but it's clearly not. Wish my lady saw these reviews before blindly going to them for a simple oil change that ended up costing us $400. If you love overpriced and terrible service with a poor attitude, this is your place. If not, DO NOT GO HERE... EVER!

I ask where is my car? Manager Jason Liechty says he’s doing a high speed test drive. A what? I instantly had a bad feeling because everyone doesn’t know how to drive this car fast without fucking shit up . Aside from that, why are you driving my car fast for a an alignment and disappearing for 20 mins? The guy comes back and puts my car on the lift and a few mins later the manager is showing me a waterfall of coolant coming from my radiator. Unbeknown to him the car was serviced by a Mercedes dealership just last week no oil leaks no coolant leaks no nothing. Manager denies any wrongdoing or responsibility despite HIS guy being the last to drive the car. For all I know he could’ve taken the car around the corner and smashed my radiator in an attempt to get me to buy parts from them because he was on the phone trying to price a new radiator before I even told him to. No way that radiator should fail if driven normally. Somehow they overheated the car and busted my radiator. Then the douche tells me the car has enough coolant in it to drive.Shop should’ve taken responsibility but now is going to have to explain it to a judge. This con artist of a Manager at this location should be replaced and the regional manager isn't any better. Mind you this is the same location that was accused of stealing a woman's handgun from her car.
