I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Don’t go here ! He put brakes then all sudden it need rotors we let him do it He call say come get it,we get in brakes to floor ! We tell him he say small hole wheel cylinder brake fluid leaking ! Bs wasn’t leaking before but we get the part let him do it ! We leave then go to stop but can’t then finally it catch ! Have to stop way back ! Take it back next morning he get to name all kind of stuff ! The brake pum, then he say line need flushing, then he say abs sensor, sway bar and lower pulls Just a bunch of bs and wasted money Do not go here ! They rip off and don’t care

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!
