Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Quick Service. I can not imagine a more friendly and honest repair shop. Whenever you bring your car to a mechanic you are weary of getting ripped off. Now that I have discovered this gem, I fear no more!

I visited Detail Kings for my first time and I was blown away with the operation! There are 5 bays that detail professionals are working in. I had my 2002 mini van that was neglected for a while and was shocked at the results. The exterior paint shined like the day I bought it and the inside was spotless. I was so impressed at the service I received I booked another appointment for my car and have been telling everyone I know about the wonderful work the Detail Kings performs.

Was in a major accident, had to have the right side of my truck as well as the bed replaced and painted. Looks awesome and drives great. The worked with the insurance company and got me back on the road.

Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Picked up a coupon from Groupon that included free oil changes. I went in expecting to be met with a cold shoulder and a hurry-up-and-get-this-guy-out-of-here feeling. I was wrong. I came in and was greeted right away by the owner himself. While I was waiting on my car to receive an oil change the owner sat with my girlfriend and I for a good 15 minutes talking to us and making sure everything was going well while explaining his business and passion for good service. The oil change was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. There was not even a hint of upselling and I never felt uncomfortable while there. I live in Schaumburg and this is a little bit of a drive just for an oil change but now that I have been there once I don't think I will go anywhere else for future service of my vehicle. The entire management and floor team there were very professional and friendly. It is also located in an easily accessible location and well-kept neighborhood. I am going back this Saturday for another oil change and I look forward to speaking with the owner again to let him know what I think of his business. As a new resident to Illinois I am happy to know I have found a trustworthy auto business.
