Needed a transfer case replaced. They were the only shop that would attempt to see if they could fix / replace due to the car being a 2002. The work took several weeks to complete. Took the car home and found some issues that were overlooked. Took the car back and they fixed the main issue no charge . Had an additional matter that was not initially covered but I worked with the owner Stephen and he made things right. The vehicle is now fixed and working properly.

Autobahn did a great job of replacing the front shocks. The handling and ride quality of the car is noticeably improved after the shocks were replaced. I am not pleased with the repair that was made to one of the wheels. The bend in the outer face rim was not completely removed and many scratches and dings were added to the area near the bend. There is also some fine cracking or crazing of the paint. I would definitely not have this service performed if I knew what the results would be.

While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well.
