I was told they would consult with me before doing work on the truck. I called several times, ( a cell phone because the shop number is disconnected ) but my calls were ignored. After 5 days in the shop, I finally talked with someone who told me the work was done and the truck was running good. I picked the truck up, got on the highway to come home and broke down again. Surprisingly enough, my calls were ignored again when I tried calling the shop. I left a message and told them I needed them to return my call, that was yesterday afternoon and still no call. It costed an additional $75 to have the truck towed to my house in Shiloh. After it was towed to my home, we raised the hood to try to jump the battery. Noticed the alternator wasn't changed, but our new battery was replaced with an old one. I strongly suggest you find a different shop. This place is a rip off. We will be talking to an attorney about our experience.
This company sold a vehicle to my clients within the last 24 hours. A... read more This company sold a vehicle to my clients within the last 24 hours. At the time of sale and on the bill of sale, they failed to disclose that it was a salvage title. We later find out that the title is marked Salvage Title. Now they have said that they will take back the car and retain $600 from my client. We are filing complaints with the Missouri Attorney General's office on Premier Auto Leasing and its parent company, SK Motors LLC. It pays to know what you are buying and how much integrity the agency has before you buy.
