I have had so many bad mechanics try to fix my car but Velasquez and Darwin FINALLY got to the root of the problem and fixed my check engine light that was on for months. Other mechanics claimed they fixed the check engine light problem but the didn't. It is NOT easy finding a good, honest mechanic these days. I know I finally found one and can confidentially bring my cars to Velasquez in the future. Darwin also changed the gaskets. I had paid a mechanic to change them a few months ago but apparently didn't. I actually paid to have the purge valve and gaskets changed but they never were. Darwin even showed me the defective parts. Thank you Darwin and Velasquez mechanic shop. Brian 2-9-22
I was pretty excited about Wrench. They came to me and did a diagnosis... read more I was pretty excited about Wrench. They came to me and did a diagnosis on my vehicle. Said they would need to order parts and reschedule an appointment. I was excited that the $75 diagnosis feee would go toward my repairs. They returned for the second appointment and the parts ordered weren't the correct parts. I never heard from them again... I had to pay another mechanic another diagnosis fee. I was pretty bummed. ? I think this service would be great for simple things, Oil change, etc. but if parts need to be ordered, I'd suggest a brick and mortar. Ryan S.
