I have high expectations for anyone who works on my vehicles and Rennology was up to the task. They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 400E. It had been sitting a long time and was misfiring bad and the blower motor was not coming on. I already knew what was wrong when I took it to them but wanted to see what they would tell me. Talk about honest.......You will not find a more honest, reasonable, and reliable auto repair shop anywhere. They diagnosed and fixed the problems I had and the car has never run better.
