Johnny and Ivan are just wonderful guys! Honest and reliable shop! Best labor prices in town. My husband and I don't take our cars to any other shop! I have referred friends and to them and I feel you don't so that unless you are 100% happy with the service provided!

I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

I was stuck on the side of the road in Wilmette late at night on Saturday & the driver came right out to help me. The dispatcher was so helpful & courteous. Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful.
