In fact if your a disrespectful person like Van Ac that drove all the way from Indiana for service and was to get free service, on which did not apply at this auto shop. I petty sure Juan try help him but his interest (Van)was to leave at a very very low cost or free or maybe on a free diagnosed on his problems. However I've did research on this gentleman Van this isn't his firsts infact the shop next door to Juan 8044 Ogden Ave Lyons il deni him but sent him over to Juan place and Juan did experience his way of life but still work with especially when someone need help that what he does (Juan). I believe he Van was trying to get it complete and run but it didn't work that way. I have high expectations for anyone who works on my vehicles and Rennology was up to the task. They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys.
