Have always had great service and work done when bringing my vehicle to AAA. Prices are fair and haven't had an issue in the 4 years I've been going to AAA for auto repairs. Highly recommend this shop.

We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.

We are a family owned and operated Auto Body shop located in Arlington Heights, IL. We are a independent shop that works with almost all insurance agencies. Rental cars are available at our shop through your preferred rental car provider. Although we are strictly a autobody repair facility we do mechanical work through our sister shop Scarsdale Auto Repair. This shop is strictly mechanical work and gasoline sales. Scarsdale Service towing is independently owned between both shops and used to service both repair facilities. Hands DOWN the best service in town. They are honest, and always do everything to accomidate me. They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in.
