He even reset the maintenance warning in my wife's Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. I'm really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. He's flexible, does what he says he'll do, and makes sure there's no surprises. If you are local, you'd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call. Nick Blawat
I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performan... read more I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.
