Do not get work done here. They scraped and scratched all of my wheels and left them with black Greasy dirt. New tires were marked uo, car did not feel right, was not as smooth as with the old tires. Brakes felt further away to stop than with old brakes. They recommended new tires without showing me the old tires which felt better. Dirty shoddy work

They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. This Man Is An Overpriced Rip Off Artist . He Screwed Up The Alternator, And The Computer Brain Box, On My Mom's Car And Threatened her in front of a Bunch of People . He has a Bad Temper . He Also Rips Of Elderly People, All The Time . He Treats Women Like They"re Stupid . In My Personal Opinon He Should Be Put Out Of Business . He Is The Worst Machanic In The World !!!

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.
