I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. ATA Auto Services really helped me out in a tight spot this past week. My car overheated on the highway and so I took the nearest off ramp to the nearest parking space, and I was completely out of my element and very scared. I don't know anything about cars, and I was 400 miles away from home. I'm so glad ATA was the nearest auto service! Within walking distance of where I'd parked, I was offered an honest opinion, experienced help, a great price on a quick fix, and they threw in extra supplies to help me in case my car started to overheat again. I could not recommend this place more. They are just wonderful.

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know.
