Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. during the last 2 weeks this shop has had my daughters car in for repairs from an accident. they assured my daughter that her car was repaired and ready to pick up. she picked up her car and on the first evening she had it back, she was driving in downtown chicago and it felt like the steering wheel was going to come off every time she went over a bump. she took it back to them and they said they inspected it and found nothing wrong. one of the guys even told her to get a second opinion if she didnt believe them! so..she went to get a second opinion and within 15 minutes of the car being at the second shop they found the right control arm damaged (she was hit in the right front wheel) and it caused things to shift and also cause problems with the left control arm and the wheel is actually loose on the vehicle! she went back to them today and the guy at the shop told her that they would have to contact the insurance co. to get her into another rental car and that for now she would have to pay for it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have worked in the auto repair business for over 12 years. this vehicle is unsafe to drive but these folks here apparently dont care! they should be covering the cost of the rental for now...they released the car that way...i am soooo incensed! heaven help them if something happens to my daughter! I am now in the process of contacting an attorney because they dont want to seem to do anything to help....and it's thier fault! they obviously didnt completly inspect this vehicle before releasing it. when your told that it happens while driving over bumps...dont take it for a test drive at 15 mph on a newly paved road! DUH! Let's see if the manager returns my call tomorrow. somehow i doubt it.
