While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. I highly recommend KS Autocare for your vehicle needs.
Made an appointment for 8 am, when I called at 11:30 am, my car had no... read more Made an appointment for 8 am, when I called at 11:30 am, my car had not yet been looked at. I received a message around 2:30 pm with the inspection results. So 6.5 hours after appointment drop off. Tuffy completed oil change, tire rotation and rear brakes just before closing time at 6 pm. There are individual coupons for each service but a $30 cap is applied on discounts per visit. I may make two or three separate appointments next time so that I can use all the coupons. I had to bring the car back the next day due to a loud exhaust type noise. It turned out that the air filter compartment was not reinstalled properly so minor fix but still resulted in a return visit. I like the team at Tuffy and plan to return but some of the above issues should be improved upon.

I brought my car in and was told it was one thing wrong and they would fix the problem. Mind you I told the guy in the beginning “Hey I’m in the process of searching for a new car if this is the minor issue I’ll take care of it. So they take my car in. Next day get a call whatever work they said would take care of was finished but that didn’t solve it. So I’m like ok go ahead fix it! Next day get another call “Hey works finished but it’s still not resolved it’s your transmission but it’s still drivable. So I come in to get my car, pay for the service because I’m tired of the BS. I Drive off the lot my car is still horrible. Engine light is on! Had I have known from the so called diagnostic test and whatever other test that was performed that it was transmission I would’ve gotten a brand new car instead of paying over $1,400 worth of wasting my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last on earth. TAKE MY WORD.
