I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. From my experience, they seemed honest and didn't try to push me to add services. My tires was repaired within an hour of arriving. Glad I found this gem! Melissa Carpenter
