My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Recently had my '06 F150 repaired by Tony. I highly recommend Tony for repairs to 5.4 Triton engines. My engine developed the now famous Ford Triton "tick". Tony gave me all my options and fixed the problem. The charges were very reasonable. Great job, thanks Tony

They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors . Awesome work and very knowledgeable staff . I have recommended all my friends to go there and no one has been disappointed . I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. The guys at Foreign Car Clinic did a great job on my repair. I brought them a 2004 BMW M3 with a broken variable valve timing (VANOS) unit. When the unit gave out, multiple bolts broke off into the camshaft. The mechanic at Foreign Car clinic was able to extract the bolts salvage the camshaft. This was a complex repair and it could have cost me a lot more if it wasn't for their skill in fixing the problem.
