My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I would recommend them for everything cause he showed me that he had pride in his work and services and that means a lot to me and my car. Y. Flores

Never have I dealt with such a professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff, whose sole purpose is to make sure that the car buying is not only a pleasant experience, but certainly an excellent one. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

Recently had my driver window busted out from a thief. I called them and got a great instant quote within seconds and told me they had the glass in stock and told me they could get someone to me right away. Provided great service, price,handled my insurance and were very friendly. I definitely recommend them when needing a repair for auto glass!
