My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors . Awesome work and very knowledgeable staff . I have recommended all my friends to go there and no one has been disappointed . I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.
