I was very happy with the result. The mechanic's name was Aaron. As an example of how conscientious he was, he put a little oil in the cylinders and cranked it before actually trying to start it. This was probably a very good idea since the motor hadn't been run in a while. Aaron was willing to explain anything he was doing and didn't seem to mind that I came around often during the work. The project was completed in a timely manner and from my memory, slightly below what the initial estimate was. Keith Morehead

I asked if they would change the oil while fixing my water pump. They stated they don't usually do oil changes, but said they could do it. They did not give me an estimate on the oil change, but I didn't ask for one, because it's just an oil change. They ended up charging me $108.17 for an oil change: $47.50 for 1/2 hour labor, $6.42 for an oil filter, and $54.25 for 5 quarts of oil! Outrageous!

The new truck we bought looked like it was ready for a good cleaning when it came back from the detail shop. The sales lady need to learn that a charge card cuts off at 100 dollars when filling up a truck. That means we didnt get a full tank of fuel like ford says you should. The owner didnt care so the best thing I can say it buy from any other dealer.
