I have been aware for over a year that I needed a cat. When I reminded him that I brought the car in for the evap code, not the PO420 code. he said that if the cat code shows up that he HAD to a diagnostic on it. What?? I always had a good relationship with the Rockdale shop, but after this visit I feel cheated . Very unhappy!

The level of transparency among the staff is unique in our day of age. They make a point to let me know the cost of repairs before they begin work on my vehicles. The staff calls promptly to let me know my vehicle is done. I have arrived to pick up my vehicles, and I have not been disappointed with the work yet.
