Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. Horrible service did terrible welds used a smaller pipe than the original to connect two pipes that don't even fit. don't take your car here waste of time. Blamed engine mounts when they had been replaced and are within spec. When the entire job in the first place was bad. Refused to fix it and kicked me off the property. You can see in the photos the welds had holes in it to begin with. Absolutely unbelievable

Best place to bring your car, I have a $90,000 BMW and trust these guy 100%. I walk in I get treated with respect, everything is very well explained and they are very cautious with my car....love this place!! They have one of the best welder s I have seen...flawless welds!!

Took my car for inspection,the inspector made up new rules to fail my car. And they wanted to charge 235$ for unneeded repairs took d car for a different inspector d car passed no problem. DO GO THERE, Worse place

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.

Beware of the "Free State Inspection" Shady Mechanics, and Shady Business Practices. I took my truck that I rarely drive to get inspected. Emission was fine however during the state inspection they "found" something that they can fail me for. The technician thought he was talking to a idiot and tried to convince me that my tire had "excessive" movement and I needed a new tire rod and some other additional work. After he finished I informed them that I had all of that work performed the previous year. Took the my truck to Midas where I was going to get the work done the mechanic advised me that my truck in in good shape and the work Car X said I needed was a joke. After talking to Tim (manager) he was willing to have my car looked at again by a different technician. After taking off of work for a second time, they were still trying to convince me that I needed to spend $$$. Now if Midas was not willing to take my business (money) after their inspection why would I pay Car-X? They are true Scammers and try to take advantage of hardworking people. Get a second opinion before allowing them to perform work on your car....You might not need it! I will never set foot in a Car-x again!
