After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. He even reset the maintenance warning in my wife's Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. I'm really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. He's flexible, does what he says he'll do, and makes sure there's no surprises. If you are local, you'd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call. Nick Blawat
