Some people say you can find a better price, but you pay for what you get! I have a 2000 gmc with over 200k miles and they keep it going for me, and have NEVER had to take it back for the same problem twice! I'll pay a few extra bucks for top notch service! We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a... read more We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.
