Met with Ms. Retek and Samantha. Both were very helpful and no pressure. Yes I did buy a car and quite satisfied with the deal. Would I buy again?Definitely! I love cars and own very many. I drive them a bit and then go on to the next one. Price is very reasonable and will keep them as a favorite on my computer when looking. Thanks again!!
I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had... read more I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!
