I visited Detail Kings for my first time and I was blown away with the operation! There are 5 bays that detail professionals are working in. I had my 2002 mini van that was neglected for a while and was shocked at the results. The exterior paint shined like the day I bought it and the inside was spotless. This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

ASE certified knowledgeable mechanic , very courteous , and reasonable priced , actually they were about 30 % cheaper than the other local mechanic shops , I highly recommend them .

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court.
