I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I have had my car serviced there several times. Anthony has always been accommodating and very thorough. Explains what the problem was, how they fixed it, and what I might do to prevent it in the future. All at a very acceptable price.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court.
