I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I brought in my own antique bevelled mirror to Lincoln Way Glass to have a hole cut in it for an outlet. An employee taped my template to the wrong place on the mirror, despite the fact that there was a diagram drawn showing where the hole belonged. I called and the secretary said that the owner would call back. He never did and I had to ask my son to bring the glass back. The owner agreed to replace my glass and cut a new hole. The replacement glass was not bevelled, and the hole immediately was spider cracking across the glass. The owner said he is not responsible. I am now without a mirror of any sort, and $50.00!!

Took my son's car in as I didn't have time to look at it....awesome service, explained everything to my wife and answered her questions so that she understood everything....and they actually came in under their estimate! He needs a few more things done and I guarantee we will be bringing it back to Bunge's when it's time! Thanks! :=)
