I brought my car into Denny's, and after they did an inspection, advised me that I had about 10,000 miles or so to go before they would absolutely need to be replaced. They could have taken advantage of the situation and just changed them out and charged me, but they did not. I can't thank them enough for their honesty. Would recommend them to anyone, and if I'm ever back in town and need work done on my car they will get my business. Brooke Jonas

The entire time I was there, the guys were talking amongst themselves about how they weren't sure how to change the oil in this car ("I'm just guessing this is the oil filter *laughs* *starts banging around with tools*") I offered to look up a YouTube video to assist. That was fine until they continued to b*tch to one another throughout the entire process about how they didn't want to mess with the oil change, takes double the time (also double the price!). They had told me at the beginning that they could reset my "change oil" light when I asked about it, but then I heard them say to one another that they have the machine to do it but would have to program it so weren't going to reset the light. The one said, "We'd have to charge for that anyway. The dealerships do. Nothing's for free." So they chose not to bother to reset my change oil light, and thought it was appropriate to charge a person to reset their light even after paying $75 for an oil change. For ANY price it should be FREE to get your change oil light reset. Seriously? These guys had the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. I wanted to go somewhere local, and this was my first time at this location. I was very disappointed with their knowledge of how to do their ONE job, change the oil, as well as their horrible attitudes about doing their ONE job. TIM is the manager/"courtesy" person (haha!), and DREW was the upper tech. The lower tech can be nameless since he's smart enough to work where the customers can't sit there and easily hear him talking incompetent the entire time. I will, obviously, not ever be going back here!
