This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

Randy is a good guy, he is honest and he runs an awesome shop, and he will also tell you when something needs fixing and when something doesn't need to be fixed.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Wanted my own selection of transmission pan put on. Bought an aluminum pan that came with pickup extension because pan is deeper. Went to father and son, they quoted a very fair price for the work and did not have a problem with extras. I'm very happy the way the work turned out... no leaks at all!! Work was done on a 2001 dodge ram.

I was stuck on the side of the road in Wilmette late at night on Saturday & the driver came right out to help me. The dispatcher was so helpful & courteous. I was very panicked, but they really put me at ease & made me feel safe. I would definitely call them again for any towing need I may need. Now in the speed dial on my phone!

My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful.
