I had my car washed here a couple days ago and the next day I got a ticket for missing a front license plate. I knew it had to have fallen off at the car wash. When I went to pick up my plate the attendant was looking through many, many other plates in a bag in their office. This happens a lot here. I got my plate back which had been ripped off by the wash with the bracket and all. I asked to be reimbursed for the $60 ticket I got and Ricky, the “person in charge”, started yelling at me that it wasn’t their fault. I asked him for the owner and he said he didn’t have to tell me. I’m out $60 for a missing license plate ticket, $30 for a new plate bracket and $7 for a car wash. If you know anyone missing a license plate and they went to this car wash, let them know that this place has hundreds of plates in their office! Washer beware!!!!

There are 5 bays that detail professionals are working in. I had my 2002 mini van that was neglected for a while and was shocked at the results. The exterior paint shined like the day I bought it and the inside was spotless. I was so impressed at the service I received I booked another appointment for my car and have been telling everyone I know about the wonderful work the Detail Kings performs.

I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.
