I have a 2001 DAKOTA THAT WAS LOSING POWER TO THE POINT IT WOULD ONLY GO 5 MPH AT THE BEST. i HAD IT TOWED TO A SHOP WHERE THEY SAID IT WAS FUEL PUMP AFTER I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM AND SYMPTOMS THAT OCCURRED GETTING TO THE 5MPG. RANDY SAID THAT HE DOUBTED IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP AND IF I COULD GET IT THERE HE WOULD LOOK AT IT THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER HAD CLOGGED UP. i HAD IT TOWED THE 150 MILES TO HIS NEW LOCATION AND HE LOOKED AT IT THE NEXT DAY. hE HAD TO REPLACE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND AN O2 SENSOR. IT RAN ME LIKE 150 DOLLARS I HAD CALLED AROUND TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE. THE OTHER SHOPS WERE WAY OVER 200IN FACT ONE WANTED 400 AND IT WAS GOING TO TAKE THEM A WEEK TO GET TO IT. I DRIVE OVER 60 MILES(ONE WAY)TO HAVE HIM WORK ON MY TRUCK ND OTHER AUTOS. . I HAVE USED RPM's FOR OVER 6-7 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT WHAT CAN ONLY BE CALLED A VERY Fair price. IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE LAST EXHAUST SHOP YOU WILL EVER NEED IT IS RPM'S HE PROVIDES FAIR PRICES QUALITY SERVICE AND YOU WILL HAVE A FEELING OF COMFORT IN WHO IS WORKING ON YOU VEHICLE.

This Man Is An Overpriced Rip Off Artist . He Screwed Up The Alternator, And The Computer Brain Box, On My Mom's Car And Threatened her in front of a Bunch of People . He has a Bad Temper . I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it.
