I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. From my experience, they seemed honest and didn't try to push me to add services. Won't screw you or try to sell you a bunch if crap you don't need. I've been to him a handful of times, and sent several people to him with zero complaints. $3 k repair at the dealer $1 k there.
