This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. From my experience, they seemed honest and didn't try to push me to add services. My tires was repaired within an hour of arriving. Glad I found this gem! Melissa Carpenter

My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I would recommend them for everything cause he showed me that he had pride in his work and services and that means a lot to me and my car. Y. Flores
