I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Love this shop! They do amazing work, keep you informed on what's going on. They did everything from setting up a loaner vehicle to fixing the car and making it brand new! Definitely recommending them to anyone and everyone that needs body work done! Thanks again Route 38!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

Took my son's car in as I didn't have time to look at it....awesome service, explained everything to my wife and answered her questions so that she understood everything....and they actually came in under their estimate!
