I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it. No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.
