My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. Dan is the man. He is one of the guys you see first and he is always smiling. He is very nice as well as very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. Very fast oil change and I got a text from them when it was all ready. Go here for a hassle free job. Highly recommend this place.

I was very happy with the quality of service provided to me by the staff at this business. One week after having services rendered, I hit a very bad pothole in the road. When I brought my vehicle back in, the staff re-aligned my vehicle and sent me on my way...free of charge!\r \r Originally, I was concerned with the estimate that I was given. Prices are a little more in comparison to other tire stores in the area, but the end result is certainly worth it.
