I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. I just want to put out here, Micheal William, had my car and I know he stole my children Soical Security cards and birth certificates that here inside of a gray bag located in the back of my trunk. This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Fast friendly people there, they really take the time to explain how and why things happen to your car. I hate when I am forced to have work done on my car, but at least when I take it to Mark and his team, I know it gets done right and as soon as possible. They even offer you a free loaner car if the job is bigger or will take longer than expected. I have only needed it once so far, so I think they narrow down the problem pretty fast and get you back on the road. Their prices are very fair. A few times in the past I have wasted my time getting estimates at other places, just to end up back at GTM! Oh well, live and learn!

I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the same mistake I did. I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep was told it was out of stock but they could get it in two or three weeks after waiting three weeks called back to see if it arrived I was told then it would take Three months. I found the part and called back to have them cancel the order and refund my money, they told me NO REFUNDS you could have a in store credit so what their telling you by that is to come in and spend even more money with them whether you needed or not because there is nothing in their store that costs 65 dollars this is a way to spend more money with them instead of doing the right thing and refund your money. If you are thinking about getting work done by these guys you better think again any Company that does Business like this you don't want to bring your car too if I were you I'd go somewhere else where they won't cheat you.
