I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it.
