This was very unprofessional since we had to wait there for almost An hour despite of having an appointment and confirming it multiple times with the owner. Bob was also very rude despite of the issue being at his end. He did do a thorough inspection though once the car was taken in- the customer service needs to be improved desperately. It was a frustrating experience.
