Took my son's car in as I didn't have time to look at it....awesome service, explained everything to my wife and answered her questions so that she understood everything....and they actually came in under their estimate! I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 400E. It had been sitting a long time and was misfiring bad and the blower motor was not coming on. I already knew what was wrong when I took it to them but wanted to see what they would tell me. Talk about honest.......You will not find a more honest, reasonable, and reliable auto repair shop anywhere. They diagnosed and fixed the problems I had and the car has never run better. I highly recommend this place. Great Job guys!!

Ongoing problem for 9 years. Dealer repaired emissions error and check engine light returned in two weeks with same problem. AACCEL repaired the emissions, and now I can fuel the car in less than 15 minutes and pass the Will County emissions testing.

Took my car in to get an oil change. Just before that I had my car washed (insisde and out). After the oil change I get into my car and there is grease all over my chair, steering wheel, door, and floorboard. If this is how they treat your car, I can't imagine how shoddy their internal work is.

Meineke in Joliet is horrible now! The new "manager/owners" have taken over. The good mechanic is gone. I have been a long standing Meineke customer and when I called today to ask for my mechanic Mark, I was told he "Is no longer working here" (very rudely)! So I asked to speak to Vern and I was told he was busy and to call him later, also very rudely!!! I will find someone else to fix my cars from now on!
