I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. Do not get work done here. They scraped and scratched all of my wheels and left them with black Greasy dirt. New tires were marked uo, car did not feel right, was not as smooth as with the old tires. Brakes felt further away to stop than with old brakes. They recommended new tires without showing me the old tires which felt better. Dirty shoddy work

Ongoing problem for 9 years. Dealer repaired emissions error and check engine light returned in two weeks with same problem. AACCEL repaired the emissions, and now I can fuel the car in less than 15 minutes and pass the Will County emissions testing.

Meineke in Joliet is horrible now! The new "manager/owners" have taken over. The good mechanic is gone. I have been a long standing Meineke customer and when I called today to ask for my mechanic Mark, I was told he "Is no longer working here" (very rudely)! So I asked to speak to Vern and I was told he was busy and to call him later, also very rudely!!! I will find someone else to fix my cars from now on!
