Took my son's car in as I didn't have time to look at it....awesome service, explained everything to my wife and answered her questions so that she understood everything....and they actually came in under their estimate! He needs a few more things done and I guarantee we will be bringing it back to Bunge's when it's time! Thanks! :=)

Awful place. I brought my car there because the front driver's side wheel was making a scraping sound. The owner Bill went on a ride with me so he could hear the sound, which he did and had an idea of what it could be. I brought the car back during my scheduled time, which after waiting for about 4 hours after I dropped it off that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, saying there seems to be nothing wrong with the "rear: tires. They spent 4 hours looking at the wrong end of the car. I told them and the owner knew that it was the front driver side. After 3 more hours after the phone call I go there to see what is going on to find my car outside, not even being looked at. And no phone call giving me any more information on it. The girl at the front desk said it "must be my brakes" and I should get a certain kind to fix the issues. The brakes are BRAND NEW CERAMIC BRAKES, not cheap metallic ones. It's not the brakes. Then she said it must be the rotors because they had some wear on them. Please you have no idea what it is and the owner decided to go home a few hours after they opened. Poor Communication. Lastly, I took my car home to find grease all over the driver side interior door and a large scratch right in the doorway (freshly scratched). The grease has been a pain to get off and the scratch is down to the metal. I have photos to post as well. POOR SERVICE.

Always friendly and respectful of all. I consider them my extended family. I spend more time at Gary Lang then most, reason? because of the treatment I receive while I am there. No pressure, no stress, no attitudes, just people who are professionals at what they do and are the best at what they do. Gary has the easiest ownership job in the world with this staff, honestly. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Quick Service. I can not imagine a more friendly and honest repair shop. Whenever you bring your car to a mechanic you are weary of getting ripped off. Now that I have discovered this gem, I fear no more!
