I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Picked up a coupon from Groupon that included free oil changes. I went in expecting to be met with a cold shoulder and a hurry-up-and-get-this-guy-out-of-here feeling. I was wrong. I came in and was greeted right away by the owner himself. While I was waiting on my car to receive an oil change the owner sat with my girlfriend and I for a good 15 minutes talking to us and making sure everything was going well while explaining his business and passion for good service. The oil change was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. There was not even a hint of upselling and I never felt uncomfortable while there. I live in Schaumburg and this is a little bit of a drive just for an oil change but now that I have been there once I don't think I will go anywhere else for future service of my vehicle. The entire management and floor team there were very professional and friendly. It is also located in an easily accessible location and well-kept neighborhood. I am going back this Saturday for another oil change and I look forward to speaking with the owner again to let him know what I think of his business. As a new resident to Illinois I am happy to know I have found a trustworthy auto business.
