They charge you to diagnose and don't credit it towards your purchase like almost ALL reputable shops do. Tried to speak to them about it and they basically said. "too bad" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!. Wish I would have seen the other review before I went.

I finally found a place that does honest work at an affordable price. Oh, and they're friendly too! Imagine. affordable car care and world peace. What a combo. Jason always goes out of his way to explain your car's "situation" and what needs to be done. He also makes you feel comfortable and right at home.

In today's world, it is no easy task to find a repair shop that has a genuine concern for their customers. I almost felt that it was a lost art, until I found Knight's. They understand you depend on your vehicle and how important it is to you, so they work hard on getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. Besides their quality of repairs, what really impresses me is their friendly staff, that will take the time to not only explain what your vehicle needs, but exactly why, and keeping you informed all along the way. I always leave there feeling I am somehow a friend of them , and satisfied the service was performed fair and right!
