I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me

Had a bad radiator and took it there and they fixed it , when other people wanted to sell me a new one. The service and customer service was outstanding. Thanks I will bring all my radiator issues to this place for sure!
